What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is based on the needs of the individual student. Rather than the student adjusting to what is taught in a classroom environment with others, a skilled yoga therapist will work with you to create a program designed specifically for you.
Equal emphasis is placed on the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of one's being.
Different from "Yoga as Therapy" where standard yoga practices are applied in treatment of health conditions, Yoga Therapy creates a program dedicated to the overall health and wellbeing of the client. This program includes incorporating yoga asana, meditation, yoga nidra, diet assessment, essential oils and other holistic healing modalities.
We will also work personally with your physician, physical therapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor or other
