Description of Classes

Gentle Yoga - Soothe the body, mind, and spirit with gentle stretching combined with focused awareness.

Beginner Level Hatha yoga basics class. For those brand new to yoga or those who haven't practiced in a while. Learn basic alignment, meditation/relaxation techniques and yoga breathing.

Level 1 - The next step from a beginner level class. This level will help you to deepen your understanding of all aspects of a yoga practice.

Level 2 - Our most challenging class. Students should know alignment for the basic poses and be comfortable practicing backbends, arm balances and inversions.

Combined Level 1, 2 - For those who are comfortable in either level 1 or 2 class.  Modifications are provided to students as needed.

All Levels - For everyone.  Modifications provided as needed.

Donation Class -  Hatha Yoga with Becky by donation. Suggested donation only $5-$10!

Restore Yoga - . Restorative poses to deeply relax and open the body while Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissues of the lower body. Perfect compliment to more active yoga practices. 

Wimberley Sangha - Weekly Vipassana Meditation group. Everyone welcome. By donation.  

Tai Chi - A basic class for everyone. All levels.
