What is Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is based on the needs of the individual student. Rather than the student adjusting to what is taught in a classroom environment with others, a skilled yoga therapist will work with you to create a  program designed specifically for you.

Equal emphasis is placed on the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of one's being.

Yoga Therapy creates a program dedicated to the overall health and wellbeing of the client.  This program includes incorporating yoga postures, meditation, yoga nidra, diet assessment, relaxation techniques, and other holistic modalities.

We will also work personally with your physician, physical therapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor or other health practitioner.
